Executive and Career Coaching

Individuals and corporations who are inspired by growth and further enhancing their potential and capabilities, have a positive outlook on the executive coaching process and enjoy working within an experiential learning framework, will find an executive coaching program with bel people solutions leads to sustained and measurable outcomes.

Here is a step-by step outline of what you can expect:

1. Initial meeting with the client to discuss the need for coaching and agree on outcomes. Often the initial meeting will be with all relevant parties (including the individual and/or company representative) to ensure that there is a common goal and that the outcome we are setting out to achieve is consistent and will benefit both the individual being coached and the organisation/company.

A set number of coaching sessions is agreed to, with room to add more sessions. We establish “check-in” points - dates where the relevant parties meet to discuss progress, what is working or what is not.

2. Sessions begin and are usually anywhere between two to three weeks apart. Due to the fact the coaching process is practical, clients are given enough time to apply their learning, reflect on their learning and have a sound idea around what has worked well for them and what they would like to spend more time practicing or focusing on.

During this time clients are fully supported through their learning via email and phone contact.

3. On completion of the sessions, client and coach conduct a thorough review of the process, learning areas and outcomes. This process ensures that all parties invested in the coaching program can celebrate their success, identify any gaps and provide feedback.

The outcomes for individuals are:

  • clarity around their learning goals
  • a sense of greater control over their personal and professional goals
  • self awareness
  • greater motivation
  • strategies to remove limitations or interference and re-focus on achievement
  • validation of their behaviours and the effects their behaviours can have on people and situations
  • increased capability
  • increased capacity

For businesses and organisations the outcomes are:

  • greater employee engagement
  • talent retention
  • “fast tracking” key talent
  • culture transformation through an engaged and motivated workforce
  • holding leadership accountable for behaviours and role modelling those behaviours (in team coaching scenarios)
  • bottom line improvement through the successful application of the above points
